Our Instructors

  • Caroline Sarab Prakash Kaur is a Kundalini yoga teacher Level 2 and physiotherapist. After 13 intensive years of practicing and teaching yoga, she now works in her own studio O·YOGA in Berlin. She combines Eastern and Western anatomy in her treatments and courses, and sees her task to convey the knowledge about the wisdom of the body and soul. Her main intention is to accompany people on their way to themselves, with open eyes and a courageous heart, so that true growth can arise.

  • Panch Nishan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga worldwide for over 22 years from Chile to Egypt, Iceland to China; a life-long path/love/passion sparked from discovering Yoga at the age of 14. She took the chance to live in an ashram for many years, study and work directly with a Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan. Many years later, love inspired her move from the USA to Berlin where she currently lives with her husband and son. She passionately facilitates Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings, classes, workshops and retreats that support people to tap the well of energy within and live a fulfilling life, rather than one filled with stress and burn-out. As a systemic coach and trainer with a background in organizational leadership she is constantly spearheading change in her own life and facilitating change in those she serves. Creating a positive impact in this world lies at the heart of all her endeavors!

  • Lena has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for fifteen years, dedicating herself to teaching the discipline with enthusiasm and conviction since 2010. This form of yoga has deeply impacted her, touching her innermost being, particularly her heart, and consistently illuminating moments of darkness and doubt.

Her journey in Kundalini Yoga includes completing a three-year teacher training at Karta Singh's experiential Amrit Nam Sarovar School in France. Formerly based in Hamburg, she taught in various settings, notably at Ardas, before spending a year living and working in Sri Lanka. Motivated by her yoga practice, she pursued her passion by teaching at Greystones Villa, offering extensive support for people undergoing Ayurvedic cleansing treatments.

Currently residing and working in Berlin, Lena conducts therapeutic yoga sessions at her own practice in Berlin-Treptow and online. Furthermore, since the summer of 2016, she has been working as a yoga therapist at the Immanuel Hospital in Wannsee under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Andreas Michalsen, providing individual and group sessions to inpatients with health limitations. Her scope extends to supporting patients with yoga therapy for physical and psychological concerns at Immanuel Medizin Zehlendorf.

The birth of her two children in 2017 and 2019 inspired a desire to assist women during their pregnancies through prenatal yoga. Lena's heartfelt aspiration is to empower women by emphasizing their inner strength, wisdom, and intuition, especially during this phase of life, utilizing the techniques of Kundalini Yoga.

  • Euge Har, a Dipl. Visual Artist, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Sound Healer, is the founder of Har-Studio situated in Berlin. Alongside her roles as an Actress and Singer, Euge Har seamlessly intertwines these diverse talents into her work.

Sound has always been an integral part of Euge Har's life, serving as a fundamental element in the experiences she curates to facilitate reaching elevated states of consciousness.

Her aspiration revolves around creating a secure and imaginative environment conducive to elevating Kundalini Energy. She envisions the mind unfurling to encounter the 4D gateway, enabling the spirit to transcend into the unexplored realm of possibilities—a deep-seated desire of hers.

Euge Har's ultimate goal is to generate an energetic influence capable of propelling others toward a heightened 5D level of consciousness. This journey leads individuals to feel interconnected with life, embarking on an adventure of personal growth and striving to actualize their fullest human potential on Earth.

For Euge Har, it's all about the transformative power of experiences. These encounters have the ability to profoundly alter individuals, enabling them to advance to new levels of understanding and awareness.

To those who come across these words, Euge Har acknowledges the authenticity of the calling to this unique path.
