Join us for a half day retreat on Saturday, 21st of June, in Osa Major, Mallorca where we welcome the cosmic shift in community. The event will start at 4pm and last approximately four hours.
Together with the amazing Hansu Jot, I want to invite you on this journey to create this safe, deep, vast and light space bringing ease to your mind as your sacred purpose illuminates with the sun! Let’s breathe together, experience the uplifting effects of kundalini yoga, chant, sing, meditate, dance, create sacred space.
The Summer solstice retreat is a great opportunity to ask yourself: What is in your heart and mind to create and be, what wants to shine through you, what fulfillment is possible for you? In this half-way point of the year give yourself the chance to be it, to shine it by dropping the tension, worry and baggage holding you back. To do what you gotta do, to be who you are meant to be, tension needs to be freed!

Caring deeply about people and their well being Panch Nishan has dedicated 25 years of her life to empowering people through facilitating meditation, kundalini yoga, coaching, ceremonies and teaching breath-work. Creating a safe space for people to transform, heal, uplift, grow and touch their own preciousness. Over the years she has travelled to teach and share worldwide - from Chile to Egypt, Iceland to China; a life-long path/love/passion sparked from discovering Yoga at the age of 14. She took the chance to live in an ashram for many years, study and work directly with a Master of Kundalini Yoga. Many years later, love inspired her move from the USA to Germany where she currently lives with her husband and son. As a systemic coach and trainer with a background in organizational leadership she is constantly spearheading change in her own life and facilitating change in those she serves 1:1 or in groups. Creating a positive impact and a more compassionate world lies at the heart of all her endeavors!

Hansu Jot is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer, Zero - Point Healer and devotional music artist.
Acknowledging life as a dance between the polarities with its source in the space of stillness, Hansu Jot facilitates immersive sacred sound events, trainings and workshops that allow people to deeply reconnect to the space of truth within and to remember that we are here to express the blueprint of our soul.

is a fully qualified architect and project developer, but in parallel held a lifelong passion for yoga. Her journey has taken her around the world, such as Australia, across Africa, Indonesia and Southern Europe. Through the pandemic, Nicole made the bold decision to leave the corporate world to focus full-time on studying and practicing the mental and physical well-being part of life. She trained with PNK to become a kundalini- yoga teacher, including breathwork, meditation and playing the alchemy crystal singing bowls. This epiphany moment occurred when Nicole attended a yoga retreat in Mallorca looking for a place to cure long Covid. She was deeply moved by the ancient wisdom for all aspects of life, so fundamental for an authentic lasting state of wellbeing. She now loves to pass on her experiences and learnings, to co-create and support other people on their way to a sustainable state of wellbeing and true happiness.
